Return and Cancellation Policy

This Return Policy applies to workspace ergonomics consultation products offered by DailyErgo Solutions through zoizyshineea.world (Zoizyshineea), including Essential Desk Review, Complete Workspace Audit, Team Ergonomics Workshop, and related add-ons. Because our products are primarily services delivered by appointment, this policy explains cancellation, rescheduling, refunds, and satisfaction remedies rather than physical returns.

1. Nature of Consultation Products

Consultation packages are intangible services. Once a session has been delivered or a personalised written report has been issued, the service is considered consumed in whole or in part. Digital materials sent to you remain available for your records; they are not returnable goods in the traditional sense.

2. Consumer Right of Withdrawal (Finland and EU)

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal under Finnish consumer protection law for distance contracts. However, where you expressly request that we begin the service before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, that right may not apply after completion. For scheduled consultations, contact us promptly if you wish to cancel within the withdrawal window before the session takes place.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling by the Client

4. Cancellation by DailyErgo Solutions

We may cancel or reschedule due to specialist illness, severe weather, or force majeure. In such cases you receive a full refund or priority rebooking at no extra cost. If we cancel for other operational reasons, you may choose a refund or alternative date.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Bank processing times may vary. Invoiced corporate clients receive credit notes where applicable. Partial refunds may be issued when a package includes both delivered and undelivered components, calculated fairly based on work completed.

6. Satisfaction and Follow-Up

Complete Workspace Audit and Team Ergonomics Workshop include one complimentary follow-up check-in within fourteen days if initial adjustments need refinement, as stated on ergonomic-kits.html. This is not a monetary refund but a service remedy. If you believe the consultation did not meet the described scope, contact us within seven days with specific concerns; we will review session notes and offer a reasonable resolution, which may include additional guidance or partial credit.

7. Add-Ons and Custom Quotes

Add-on services such as habit coaching threads or second workstation reviews follow the same cancellation windows unless a separate contract specifies different terms. Custom corporate agreements are governed by the signed proposal.

8. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided where sessions were completed as agreed, where failure to implement recommendations caused perceived lack of benefit, or where inaccurate information you provided affected outcomes. Promotional or discounted bookings are refundable only to the amount actually paid.

9. Disputes and Consumer Guidance

We aim to resolve concerns directly and promptly. Consumers may refer disputes to the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable.
